Location is great!
Hotel is way overpriced for what you get. The dining facility within is wayyyyyy over priced. The service isn’t all that great either.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was stunningly beautiful with free wi-fi. The location was great and efficient - ease of access to a historic museum. The pool was good and I had excellent drinks in the Irish bar.

Very good location, seamless valet parking through check in procedure.Very impressive lobby and above average room. They took the trouble to send on an item left behind.
Arriving at breakfast from our room location, we didn't see the check-in podium and were dealt with rather strictly by the hostess when we went directly to a table.

Location, and quality of the rooms
Valet parking cost for multiple days was excessive.

The hotel's vibe was fantastic, including our large breed dog. We particularly enjoyed strolling to the nearby Lore Ghost Theater, where we had a fun evening experience. The staff was accommodating, and the room was spacious.
My kids wished there were more activities for families, especially indoor options when the weather isn't great.

The location was ideal-right across the street from the market. Bed, comforter, and pillows were amazing. The valet parking dudes were cool.
The continental breakfast was $10 a person. To park in the hotels garage you have to pay...ridiculous.

Highly recommend for family vacations
The service here was really good, the staff were great too ensure everything was perfect, we even got complimentary breakfast on one of the days. Our suite was spacious, allowing our little one to sleep in his own room while we enjoyed our time in the living area without waking him up.
It wasn't inexpensive but still fair for what you get.
